One of his pieces in particular ‘Ah, Mr. Bond, I’ve Been Expecting You’ depicts a dashing super spy armed to the teeth with special gadgets.
Davison says ‘The inspiration is obvious; my childhood! I try to capture the endless summer holidays spent out on my bike with friends, rescuing Mexican villages from bandits!’
He uses shadows in the background of his pieces to portray the hero in the fantasy world created by the child in question, from Spiderman to Bond super Spy’s and A Monkey king skilled in Kung Fu.

The trademark collection consists of four small limited edition sketches, which will make a delightful gift or accompaniment to his previous pieces.
The two larger paper images depict a nostalgic theme, “The Pigeon Fancier” and “Gone Fishing”, which are already selling very quickly.
